Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares
Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 2 September 2020 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares.
A market purchase of 55,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company was made on 4 March 2021 at a price of 2159.11p per share.
The shares will be placed into treasury.
The issued share capital of the company following this purchase and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the company's voting rights is 136,914,668 shares.
