Admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful completion of its initial placing, raising gross proceeds of £100 million.  It is expected that 10 million ordinary shares of the Company will be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00am today under the ticker "HONY".
