AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive hard copies. The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were also posted to all shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY on 8^th of June 2017 at 16:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office, 6^th Floor, 140 London Wall,  London EC2Y 5DN and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

A copy of the Company's Audited Financial Statements and AGM Notice are available on the Company's website at www.honeycombplc.com/documents.
