Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the AGM are available to view on the Company's website: https://www.honeycombplc.com/information   and t hey have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 2.00pm on 8 June 2021 at 11-12 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1JJ.

Covid-19

In light of current UK Government restrictions on public gatherings and non-essential travel, the Board has agreed to hold the AGM with the minimum number of shareholders required to form a quorum in order that the meeting may proceed.  Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person but can be represented by the chairman of the meeting acting as their proxy.  Shareholders are also invited to use the available dial-in facility to listen and ask questions during the live Q&A session. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for full details of how to do so and for information regarding the voting arrangements.
