            Resignation of Director              

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that Mark Huggins, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has given notice that he will retire from his position on the Board of Directors with immediate effect as he has taken on a new role which could potentially conflict with his position on the Honeycomb Board.

The Chairman Robert Sharpe, announcing the resignation, commented: "It is with deep regret that we received the news of Mark's resignation from the Board of Honeycomb. Mark has provided guidance and support to the Company. The Board have valued the input and guidance he has provided on a wide range of governance and operational matters.  The Board wishes him well in his new venture".
