("Honeycomb Investment Trust" or the "Company")

Transfer of shareholding

Honeycomb Investment Trust Plc has received notification that Matthew Potter a Partner of Pollen Street Capital, the Investment Manager of the Company, transferred from his personal holding into his Self-Invested Pension Plan 4,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 May 2016 at a price of 1,000.0 pence per share.

Matthew Potter's beneficial interest in the Company remained unchanged as a result of the above transfer and is currently 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
