                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that application has been made to The UK Listing Authority
and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 220,000 Ordinary Shares of
2p each under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, to trade on the London
Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. It is
expected that admission will be effective on 18 June 2007.
