Porvair plc ('Porvair' or the 'Company') - Director Shareholding

Porvair today announces that on 20 July 2007, Ben Stocks, the Chief Executive of
the Company, exercised options over 7,616 ordinary Porvair shares of 2p each
('Ordinary Shares') in accordance with the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at
a price of 123.75p per share. Following this exercise, Mr Stocks is interested
in 97,666 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.24% of the Company's
issued share capital.
