The Annual Report and Accounts of Porvair for the year ended 30 November 2007 
have been posted to shareholders, together with a form of proxy in respect of 
the Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') which will be held on 9 April 2008.  
Copies of these documents, together with a copy of the articles of association 
of Porvair proposed to be adopted at the AGM, a blacklined version highlighting 
changes against Porvair's current articles of association and a copy of the 
rules of the proposed Porvair Long Term Share Plan 2008, have been lodged with 
the Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility.
