Porvair plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Porvair plc
('Porvair') hereby notifies the market of the following:

Porvair's capital consists of 40,697,960 ordinary shares with voting rights.
Porvair holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Porvair is 40,697,960.

The above figure of 40,697,960 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Porvair under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
