African Battery Metals plc, the AIM listed battery metal exploration and development company, was today notified that Michelle Johnson, wife of Paul Johnson, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 0.445 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Johnson and his wife have a beneficial interest in a total of 18,000,000 Shares, representing approximately 4.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
