African Battery Metals plc (LON:ABM) the AIM listed battery metal exploration and development company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 29 March 2019.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place at 11:00 a.m. on 7 May 2019 at the offices of Michelmores LLP, 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF.
