Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker

PowerHouse (AIM: PHE) announces that it has appointed Allenby Capital Limited to act as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Hillgrove Investments Pty Limited ("Hillgrove") continues to provide financial support to the Company. Hillgrove has confirmed, in a letter dated 16 October 2014 to both the Directors of the Company and to Allenby Capital Limited, that it is the present intention of Hillgrove to ensure the Company meets its obligations as they fall due and to ensure the Company operates as a going concern for a period of at least the next twelve months, pending any unforeseeable or material changes to the Company's current circumstances.
