PowerHouse announces that Anthony Brennan, Deputy Chairman and Director, has resigned from the board of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Brennan was the former Chairman of Bidtimes plc prior to its reverse take-over (RTO) by Powerhouse. He leaves the Company's board with appreciation and thanks for assisting the RTO transaction, in order to pursue other business interests.
