("PowerHouse", the "Group" or the "Company")

Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Board of PowerHouse announces that Sanlam Securities UK Limited has resigned as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker effective from 16 October 2014. The Company's shares will therefore be suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1 effective from 7.30am on 16 October 2014.

Shareholders should note that if within one month of the Company's suspension it has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled from AIM.

The Company is in advanced discussions with a replacement Nominated Adviser and expects that appointment to be made before the expiry of the one month period.
