Appointment of Deputy Chief Executive Officer

PPHE Hotel Group has expanded its operations considerably since its IPO in 2007 and is now entering a period of further development activity with:

· The construction of a 438 room hotel close to London Waterloo station (which, subject to further planning approval, may be extended to 490 rooms);

· A 98 room extension to Park Plaza Riverbank London (which, subject to further planning approval, may be extended by another 50 rooms);

· The construction of a 168 room hotel close to the A40 near Park Royal in London;

· The construction of the 352 room art'otel london hoxton; and

· The building of the 177 room Park Plaza Nuremberg.

In light of the above, PPHE Hotel Group has decided to amend its management structure and is pleased to announce that Chen Moravsky, Chief Financial Officer, will also assume the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PPHE Hotel Group with effect from 1 August 2014. Chen will continue to oversee the financial operations of the group.
