FTSE UK Index Series - Update on listing

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 May 2021, PPHE is pleased to note FTSE Russell's update that from the March 2022 index review date, the minimum free float requirement for non-UK incorporated issuers' inclusion in the FTSE UK All-Share Index will be reduced from greater than 50% to a minimum of 25%.

As at the date of this announcement, PPHE Hotel Group is compliant with this updated free float requirement and no further action is required to satisfy the FTSE All-Share eligibility criteria and retain the Company's inclusion within the FTSE UK All- Share Index.
