PPHE Hotel Group, an international hospitality company which owns and develops hotels and resorts, operates the Park Plaza® brand in EMEA and owns the art'otel® brand, announces that on 22 December 2023 it was notified that President and Chief Executive Officer, Boris Ivesha, purchased 4,636,974 ordinary shares in the Company at GBP 11.40 per share from Walford Investment Holdings Limited which is a person closely associated with Boris Ivesha. As the transaction was between Boris Ivesha and a person closely associated with Boris Ivesha the net number of shares in the Company which Boris Ivesha is deemed to be interested in remains the same.
