Results of Annual General Meeting

PPHE Hotel Group confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 12 noon today, Wednesday, 11 June 2014, all of the resolutions were passed.  

The final dividend of 8.0 pence per share will be paid on 13 June 2014 to all shareholders who were on the register on 28 March 2014.

The full text of each resolution was included in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of PPHE Hotel Group posted to shareholders on 29 April 2014 and made available on the Company's website www.pphe.com.

In accordance with the Listing Rules a copy of each of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting has been forwarded to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the following location: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
