Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, PPHE Hotel Group notifies the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 29 December 2020, the Company had 44,347,410, ordinary shares in issue of which 1,808,070 are treasury shares. Each ordinary share (other than treasury shares) carries a right to one vote and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,539,340.

The above figure of voting rights of 42,539,340 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
