The Directors are pleased to announce the publication of the Company's annual report and financial statements for the period ended 31 January 2024 (the "Annual Report"). The Annual Report relates to a financial period prior to the shares in the Company being admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and listed on the FCA's Official List.
