In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Prodesse Investment Limited announces
that on 16 May 2007, Mr Christopher Sherwell, a Non-Executive Director, informed
the Company that J P Morgan Progressive Multi Strategy Fund Limited, of which he
is a Non-Executive Director, was admitted to trading on AIM and the Channel
Islands Stock Exchange on 15 May 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Sherwell.
