PRODESSE INVESTMENT LIMITED
Interim Dividend for the Period from 1 July 2007 to Date
In order to mitigate any dilution in the dividend per share as a result of the
proposed issuance of new ordinary shares, Prodesse Investment Limited has
declared an interim dividend for the period from 1 July 2007 to date, based upon
management accounts and broadly in line with the Company's stated payout policy,
of US$0.16 per share payable on 15 November 2007 to holders on the register on
28 September 2007. Subscribers in the new issue of ordinary shares will not
receive this dividend. Dividends are calculated and paid in US dollars. This is
not a profit forecast for the period to 30 September 2007. Shareholders wishing
to receive their dividend payments in pounds sterling can elect to do so by
contacting Computershare Investor Services (Channel Islands) Limited, Tel: 01534
825294. The exchange rate for payment to those who have elected to receive
their dividends in pounds sterling will be set on 25 October 2007.
