Sterling Conversion Rate for the Dividend
The Company previously declared a dividend for the period from 1 July 2007 to 20
September 2007 of US$0.16 per share payable on 15 November 2007 to holders on
the register on 28 September 2007. For those shareholders who have elected to
receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend will be 7.7257 pence per share
based upon an exchange rate of 2.0710.

Company. The company's investment policy is to provide net income for
distribution from the spread between the interest income earned from a portfolio

entered into to finance the acquisition of such residential mortgage-backed
securities.
