Extension to Director's Loan
Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that following today's announcement with regards to the conditional strategic investment to fund the Zulu Lithium's Definitive Feasibility Study, the Company has today agreed an extension of the repayment date to 30 November 2018 in respect of the director loan it entered into with a company owned by a trust of which George Roach is a beneficiary as previously announced on 5 June 2018.
