Notice of Annual General Meeting
Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the Holiday Inn, Paris, Gare de l'Est, 5, rue du 8 Mai 1945, 75010, Paris, France at 14:30 (UTC+1) on 5 August 2019.
The notice of the AGM ("Notice"), and both the Form of Instruction and Form of Proxy are now available for download on the Company's website at www.premierafricanminerals.com.
Shareholders can review the Explanatory Notes to the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM as set out in Appendix 1 of the Notice.
