Result of AGM
Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), the AIM-traded, multi-commodity mining and natural resource development company is pleased to announce that Resolution 2 proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held yesterday was duly passed.
Resolution 1 to approve the reappointment of Russel Swarts, who was retiring by rotation was withdrawn from the meeting. Mr Russel Swarts had decided not to stand for reappointment at the AGM and therefore ceases to be a director of the Company with effect from close of the AGM yesterday. Mr Russel Swart will though continue to act as a consultant to the Company and to provide ongoing financial oversight as may be required by the Company.
The Board would like to thank Mr Russel Swarts for his contribution as a director.
