On 28th June 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 28th June 2006 Standard Life Investments acquired 53,467 shares on behalf of
Standard Life Group, this increased the total held as a notifiable interest
(including material and non-material interests) to 34,727,225 ordinary 1p shares
in the Company representing 14.012% of the issued share capital.



The 34,727,225 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
