The Company announces that today certain Directors and PDMRs acquired the
following Premier Foods plc ordinary shares of 1p each ('Shares') at a price of
247 pence per Share:
David Kappler, Chairman, acquired 15,000 Shares.
Robert Schofield, Chief Executive, acquired 50,000 Shares.
Paul Thomas, Finance Director, acquired 20,000 Shares.
Ian McHoul, non-executive Director, acquired 10,000 Shares.
Brian Carlton, HR Director, acquired 16,108 Shares.
Tim Kelly, Chief Operating Officer Cakes & Customer Partnerships, acquired
10,000 Shares.
Robert Lawson, Director of Mergers and Acquisition and Investor Relations,
acquired 10,000 Shares.
