The Company announces that it was notified on 6 August 2024 of the following transactions by Philippa Rose, PCA of Simon Rose, General Counsel & Company Secretary.

On 6 August 2024, Mrs Rose sold 11,935 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), at a price of 168.496p per Share, and then purchased 11,935 Shares, at a price of 168.6p per Share.
