Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital


On 11th July 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 10th July 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed of 758,643 shares on
behalf of Standard Life Group, this decreased the total held as a material
interest to 19,465,248 ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 7.854% of
the issued share capital.  The total holding registered, in the name of Vidacos
Nominees, was 33,097,913 ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 13.354%
of the issued share capital.
