Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 20 October 2004 the Company received notification by HMTF Premier Limited (an
entity controlled by funds advised by Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst) that it had
completed its disposal of its entire shareholding of 49,934,781 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company on 20 October 2004 and no longer has an interest in
the Company. The completion of the sale follows the announcement made by the
Company on 15 October 04 of the sale by HMTF Premier Limited.
