Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 22 December 2004 the Company received notification by Fidelity Investments
International of Windmill Court, Millfield Lane, Lower Kingswood, Tadworth,
Surrey KT20 6RG that, as at, 21 December 2004 Fidelity International Limited of
PO Box HM670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda and its direct and indirect subsidiaries
and FMR Corp of 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109 and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, being non- beneficial holders, had a notifiable interest
of 16,674,753 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.81% of the issued
share capital. This followed a disposal of an interest in 1,080,000 shares.
