Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 3rd November 2005 the Company received notification by Axa Investment
Managers UK Limited of 7 Newgate Street,  London, EC1A 7NX that, as at 01st
November 2005, AXA S.A., 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group Companies
were  interested in 30,047,349 ord GBP 0.01 shares. These shares are represented
by a beneficial interest of 13,938,813  shares (representing 5.69% of the issued
share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 16,108,536 representing 6.58% 
of the issued share capital). This notification of change is due to an increase
in the beneficial interest holding from  8.60% to 12.27%. The shares were held
as follows:
