Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital


On 16th March 2006 the Company received notification by Axa Investment Managers
UK Limited of 7 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7NX that, as at 14th March 2006,
AXA S.A., 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group Companies were
interested in 26,803,894 ord GBP 0.01 shares. These shares are represented by a
beneficial interest of 14,080,450 shares (representing 5.75% of the issued share
capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 12,723,444 representing 5.20% of the
issued share capital).    This notification of change is due to a decrease in
the beneficial interest holding from 11.24% to 10.95%.  The shares were held as
follows:
