On 21 November 2005 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 21 November 2005 Standard Life Investments acquired 538,593 shares on behalf
of Standard Life Group and therefore had a material interest of 19,987,103
ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 8.162% of the issued share
capital.

The 19,987,103 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
