Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital


On 2nd November 2006 the Company received notification by Axa Investment
Managers UK Limited of 7 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7NX that, as at 1st
November 2006, AXA S.A., 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group Companies
were interested in 33,675,000 ord GBP 0.01 shares. These shares are represented
by a beneficial interest of 14,290,550 shares (representing 2.88% of the issued
share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 19,384,450 representing 3.91% of
the issued share capital).    This notification of change is due to a decrease
in the beneficial interest holding from 3.08% to 2.88%.  The shares were held as
follows:
