The 2011 Annual General Meeting will take place at 10.00am on Thursday, 28 April 2011 at Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London, EC1A 9HQ.

Investor Seminar

As announced at its Preliminary Results, Premier Foods will be hosting a seminar for Investors and Analysts which will be held on Friday, 13 May 2011.

Half Year Results

The results for the 6 months to 30 June 2011 will be released on Thursday, 4 August 2011.
