RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the General Meeting of Premier Foods held at 9.00 a.m. today at the London Hilton on Park Lane, 22 Park Lane, London W1K 1BE, the ordinary resolution regarding the proposed disposal of the Company's Meat-free Business was duly passed.
The table below shows the number of proxy votes received for and against the resolution, representing a total of 70.3 per cent. of the 2,398,021,581 ordinary shares in issue as at the date of the meeting.
