RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the General Meeting of Premier Foods held at 9.00 a.m. today at Wragge & Co LLP, 3 Waterhouse Square, 142 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW, the ordinary resolution regarding the proposed disposal of the Company's East Anglian canned grocery operations and related assets was duly passed by way of a poll.
The table below shows the votes received for and against the resolution, representing a total of 59.16 per cent. of the 2,398,021,581 ordinary shares in issue as at the date of the meeting.
