Mr Adam David Cooke has today been appointed as a Director of Premier Utilities
Trust PLC.

The company has been advised that Mr Cooke is also a director of City Natural 
Resources High Yield Trust PLC.  Mr Cooke has not held any other directorships
in publicly quoted companies during the previous five years.
