Dividend Declaration

Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the third quarterly dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2005 of 1.5p per Ordinary share will be paid on
30 December 2005 to members on the register at the close of business on
on 2 December 2005. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 November 2005.
