A notice has been received from Investec Bank (UK) Limited dated 8 December 2003
advising that Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited and Investec Asset Management
Limited, both subsidiaries of Investec Holding (UK) Limited, hold on behalf of
private clients the following interests in the Ordinary and Zero Dividend
Preference shares of the Company. 

1,557,539 Ordinary shares, representing 8.58% of the Company's issued Ordinary 
share capital, and 4,899,664 Zero Dividend Preference shares, representing 
25.59% of the Company's issued Zero Dividend Preference share capital.
