they have the following notifiable interests in the issued share capital of 
Premier Utilities Trust PLC:

2,354,104 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each representing 12.30% of the issued 
Ordinary share capital; and

3,739,603 Zero Dividend Preference Shares representing 19.53% of the issued Zero 
Dividend Preference share capital.
