A notice has been received today from Investec Bank (UK) Limited advising that
Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited and Investec Asset Management Limited, both
subsidiaries of Investec Holdings (UK) Limited, hold on behalf of private 
clients the following interests in the Ordinary and Zero Dividend Preference 
shares of the Company:

1,769,317 Ordinary shares, representing 9.75% of the Company's issued Ordinary
share capital, and 5,785,522 Zero Dividend Preference shares, representing 
30.22% of the Company's issued Zero Dividend Preference share capital.
