Notification of Transaction - Director/PDMR shareholding

Premier Asset Management Group PLC (AIM: PAM) today announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each (the "Shares") undertaken by Luke Wiseman, Non-Executive Director of the Company, as follows:

-      transfer via sale and purchase of 100,000 Ordinary Shares from being held in his own name (via Vidacos Nominees Limited) to being held in his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") with A J Bell (via Lawshare Nominees Limited).

Mr Wiseman's total interest in the Company is unchanged as a result of the transaction.

The below notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further details of the transactions completed on 6 March 2019.
