Confirmation of Board Appointments
Pressure Technologies plc (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, is pleased to confirm the following Board appointments, which take effect from today and follow the earlier release of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 October 2022.
Steve Hammell, who joined the Company as CFO on 2 May 2023, has been appointed to the Board and Richard Staveley, a representative of Harwood Capital LLP, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director.
Additional information regarding these expected appointments was included in the Company's announcements of 17 January 2023 and 21 March 2023. There are no changes to the regulatory disclosures included in those announcements.
