Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 30 January 2008 that Nigel Luckett ('Mr Luckett'),
Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,667 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the
Company at a price of 200p, on 30 January 2008. As a result of this transaction,
Mr Luckett is now interested in 37,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.33% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
