Director Shareholding
Pressure Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that it has been informed by John Hayward, Chief Executive, that with effect from 1 October 2015 he now holds the 1,002,221 ordinary shares he owns in the Company, representing 6.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, in his own name following the transfer of 1,000,040 shares held via Brewin Nominees Limited.
