Further Update on FY22 Annual Report & Accounts
Pressure Technologies plc (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, provides an update on the publication of its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 1 October 2022 ("FY22 Annual Report").
The Company's auditor, Grant Thornton, has advised that it requires more time to finalise its audit report due to resource constraints. The Company will therefore not be in a position to publish its audited FY22 Annual Report by the end of April 2023 as previously announced on 21 and 27 March 2023.
The Company now expects to publish its FY22 Annual Report by mid-May 2023, with no change to the expected Group revenue and operating profit previously announced on 21 March 2023.
The Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 3 April 2023, and will remain suspended until the FY22 Annual Report is published.
